Anyone have a BFN at 10dpo and then a BFP

in Pregnant after IF
and then get a positive? My successful IUI had a pretty good line at 10dpiui. This morning was a BFN. Anyone test early, get a negative, and then a BFP?

    My previous pregnancy I had a BFN on 12dpiui, and a positive on 15dpiui.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Yes! Negative beta and htp at 10dpo and positive at 13 dpo. GL!

    Negative beta at 11 dpo (9dp2dt).  Positive HPT the evening of 14 dpo (12dp2dt) and positive beta the morning of 15 dpo (13dp2dt).  Good luck!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    i used the cheap blue dye 5 days early CVS/Walgreens test at 10dpo and it was negative.  12dpo used first response and it was strong positive.  if i would have used first response at 10dpo i think i would have seen something.

    I tested at 10dpo and it was negative I was crushed for some dumb reason I thought I would see a slight line early if I was pregnant, well I didn't test again until 14dpo and I didn't want to bother with lines so I went straight for the digi. It was positive. 

    Give your self 4-5 more days and retest its not over yet! Good luck

    I tested negative at 9dpo, and positive on 11dpo. Going by my beta results in 12dpo (49) chances are- I wouldn't have gotten a + at 10dpo. So yes- it's totally possible!

    I got a neg 10dpo and figured it was over.  Only tested at 12dpo so I could stop my progesterone and it was positive.


    TTC#1 for 19 months with PCOS and MFI IUI#3 + injectables = BFP!!!!  Beta#1-134(13dpiui) Beta #2-392(15dpiui)

    I had a stark white BFN.  10dpiui and a faint line 11dpiui. GL!
    Dx Anovulatory PCOS Clomid,Ovidrel,TI=BFN IUI#1-#3 Femara,Ovidrel=BFN IUI#4-Gonal F,Ovidrel=BFN IUI#5-Gonal F,Ovidrel= BFP!!     With DD, we had negative tests at 7dp3dt and 8dp3dt.   A very faint positive at 9dp3dt and a positive beta at 10dp3dt.    hang in there!!!
