Need some classic boy names

So, I was all set on having a girl named Ella Emelia, but alas, DH's Y chromosomes seem to keep being faster than the X ones, and we are having another boy.  DS#1 is Jonathan, and we like simple names like that, and I like names that can be shortened to nicknames (we call DS#1 John).  We both like Michael, but he hates "Mike."  We also liked Jacob, but freaking Twilight ruined that one for me.  Can you give me some other options?

I'm obviously a supporter of Gabriel (Gabe). There's also Nathaniel (Nate or Nathan), Mitchell (Mitch), Joshua (Josh), Christopher (Chris or Topher), Alexander (Alex). These are off the top of my head, but there are tons and tons. Good luck!

James is always nice and can be Jamie or Jay. I also like Andrew shortened to Drew.

I agree with this, it won't be much of an issue for long. The last movie will be out and before you know it will be a faded trend. The only people who would make a fuss about the connection are probably about 14 right now as it is.

 

Anyways- Jacob, Samuel, Robert, and Benjamin are some of my favorites.
