It's Monday again, what are you eating for dinner this week?

Monday: Chicken pot pie

Tuesday: Tacos

Wednesday: Pork chops w/ blue cheese gravy, crash potatoes, peas

Thursday: Going out to Red Lobster (we have a gift card) and doing some Christmas shopping while my parents watch the girls

Friday: Leftover pot pie unless we take it for lunches this week...then we'll get pizza.

Saturday: Spicy Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork, rolls, salad

Sunday: Leftover pulled pork

    2 - I'm so impressed with your menu planning.  Now that K is back (a picky eater who arrives home later than I) I really need to try to get us on some sort of cooking routine.

    I use fat free 1/2 & 1/2 instead of cream and use as much blue cheese as I need for our taste.  They're easy,yummy, and one of DH's favorite meals. 

    Meal planning helps keep me semi-sane with grocery shopping and staying organized during the week.  And I love making menus, shopping lists and grocery shopping b/c I'm crazy.

  • A day late, but here is ours!

    M: we both worked late, so just had some leftover pasta and meatballs

    T: honey mustard pork chops, roasted maple Brussels sprouts and stuffing

    W: DH is going out w/ a friend, I'm working late and E will be at my parents

    Th: potato, leek and sausage soup

    F: bowling night

    Sat: I'm going to the Sabres game, so DH and Evan will probably have leftover soup

    Sun: not sure yet
