I am grateful for all of you, first and foremost in the first few days after Sylvie's death, when I felt like I was going crazy and a horrible person for some of the thoughts and feelings I was having, but also now when the reality of the situation and life progressing have intertwined with the shock and devastation of it all.

Same here.  I would lurk on the miscarriage/pregnancy loss board but just didn't feel like I could relate.  I love being able to have a place to go where everyone does understand.
