Court went in my favor!!! I had court on Friday for Child support, custody/visitation. The SOB was ordered to pay child support starting on Friday and the judge dismissed his petition for custody/visitation. YAY!!!! The a$$ was the one who petitioned for custody/visitation and he never even showed up for court so the judge dismissed his petition. I have never felt more relieved in my life. So, as of now I am in the clear and my LO doesn't have to see him....

Congratulations! I could only hope for the same thing (but it'll be a cold day in hell before that asshat misses a court date. The courthouse is his 2nd home!)

Thank you everyone! As of now there is no visitation or anything that involves him. He was the one who petitioned the custody/visitation and he never showed up to court. I thought the same thing (there's no way he would miss a court date, but he did). My lawyer said he can file again but who knows if he will?? I just feel at peace for now. Stay strong for your LO's girls, we can do it!!!

That is a very good outcome!

It doesn't make any sense though. Why would he file if he wasn't going to show up? Well better for you because you got the CS taken care of.
