36 weeks at my practice. I think for practical purposes, they need to know your status before you're considered full term (=37 weeks) so that they can know to give you antibiotics when you go into labor.
its really not a big deal if you test positive, just means you have to get some antibiotics when you go into labor so it doesn't pass onto your newborn, could be fatal to a new baby, but its not a big deal, don't fret about it
