On another post, you mentioned that you froze the make at home McMuffins and they did not reheat well. What happened? I would like to try them but then saw your comment.
Everything just thawed out at different speeds in the oven and the english muffin (especially the bottom one) got soggy and gross. I did change the recipe slightly by using whole grain english muffins and adding a slice of canadian bacon but that shouldn't have been a big deal.
I think it would probably work out well if you froze the egg, cheese (sliced instead of shredded) and ham/canadian bacon and heat them up separately from the english muffin.
