On another post, you mentioned that you froze the make at home McMuffins and they did not reheat well.  What happened?  I would like to try them but then saw your comment.

  • Everything just thawed out at different speeds in the oven and the english muffin (especially the bottom one) got soggy and gross.  I did change the recipe slightly by using whole grain english muffins and adding a slice of canadian bacon but that shouldn't have been a big deal.  

    I think it would probably work out well if you froze the egg, cheese (sliced instead of shredded) and ham/canadian bacon and heat them up separately from the english muffin.
