How to decrease pic size in signature

Anyone feel like helping me out? My computer skills are shameful. Followed below post's directions to grab a pic from tinypic.com but it is huge in my signature.

And it's not in your signature rght now, it's in your post. To put it in your sig, go to your profile and click "edit sig and avatar" and put the codes in there.
