How has the week gone so far? This week I am getting back on track at least with eating. My ankle still hurts and a small fracture was discovered last week so I am doing nothing more than walking with my brace. Hopefully soon the pain goes away.
Any tips for others? Keep logging and checking in!

Food (rate how you did 1-5) 4 - I made some bad choices but no cokes for 5 days and no fast food.
Activity (rate how you did 1-5) 1 - need to do more walking.
Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5) 4 - My DH is losing weight and firming up. He looks hot and I want to look just as good.
Married and it feels so good!
I'm down a little over a pound this week which is awesome, but I've still not recovered from my Thanksgiving jump of 2 pounds which is hugely frustrating to me. Ugh. On a good note, my bras are now too big so I dug out an old one that's a size smaller (band) and it fit great.
Food- 2 1/2- I had a bad day on Thursday, but I've done pretty well the rest of the week. We went to Threadgills for lunch today and I had steamed asparagus instead of french fries with my po'boy. Baby steps, right?
Activity- 1- I did one day of C25K, but I just can't see continuing to make myself run at midnight when I get done with work. It majorly sucked. I'm thinking of getting an exercise video to try and do at nap time instead.
Motivation- 3- I was really hoping to have lost the Thanksgiving weight by now.
How has the week gone so far? DH and I just started a Keto diet on Thursday. I've lost 4.5 lbs, but I've read that you shed a lot of water weight at the beginning, so that's likely where it came from.
I usually don't crave sweets at all, but I would straight up kill for a brownie right now. Otherwise it's going well, and I've heard that the cravings should go away pretty quickly as your body gets used to not having them. I'm still skeptical about the diet overall, but since it's the first time DH has been onboard with anything health related I'm running with it for now.
Any tips for others? I'm far too new at this to be offering anybody else advice!

Activity (rate how you did 1-5) 2, my "workouts" usually consist of walking with friends, but the rain has put a damper on things. I did go twice this week, though so it wasn't a complete loss. I'm shooting for at least 3 miles, 5 days per week from now on.
