A Year of Dates gift for DH

I really like the idea of giving him a year of dates for Xmas.  A folder for each month with a planned out date for each.  I just am having trouble coming up with ideas for each month!!  Ideas!?

Movies, dinner, shopping, museum, winery, happy hour, beach, casino, show, concert, massage, phillies game, sporting event, golf.

Comedy club, a nice coffee and pastry at a local bakery, miniature golf, go cart riding, go to any special events that are taking place in an arena near you such as motorcycle sports race, concerts etc..., see a play, take a long walk, candlelight dinner and movie at home after kids are asleep, museum, out for drinks and appetizers, go dancing
