Haven't done stims yet... but if you aren't uncomfortable sleeping on your stomach, I'd say go on and sleep on your tummy. Hope the bloat goes away soon.

Actually the pressure from stomach sleeping seemed to help the discomfort of the bloat a little for me. Now moving the slightest bit was a different story, that was very uncomfortable. As long as it's still the most comfortable and your RE hasn't said otherwise, go for it.
You might try side sleeping while leaning on a soft pillow as a middle ground.
I sleep on my stomach and did so all the way through stimming. By the end I felt like it made me pee more often at night but I can't really sleep any other way. Then again, my ovaries were so big everything made me have to pee more often. You won't hurt anything by sleeping on your tummy.

Looks like we are on a very similar track. I am scheduled for ER on Sunday 12/4. I have been super bloated from stimming, and I can't sleep on my stomach because it hurts. I think it is safe to do so, if it is comfortable. Ask your RE if you're not sure.

I am such a stomach sleeper! While stimming I did sleep more on my side because my stomach was so sensative to any touch. This is when I was doing 4 injects a day for IVF. For IUI and just 1 inject, I had no problem sleeping on my belly.
