I effing hate nap time battles.

Today was going so well.  Until nap time.  Tess is usually such an easy napper but today, when it is actually important for her to get a nap she completely flipped her sh!t.  She was overly tired and screamed and yelled for an hour and a half.  Of course right at the second she finally started to fall asleep, what do I have to do?  Wake her up to put her in the car so we can go get Emma from school.  ARGHHH

I had 3 work calls I needed to return before 3:00 and planned on straightening up the house and getting our bags packed to head to Atlanta as soon as we got Emma from school.  Instead, I returned 0 work calls, made 37 trips to time out, got irrationally pissed off at my over tired 3 year old, did not pack so much as 1 article of clothing and no cleaning at all. 

Thankfully she fell asleep as soon as we got in the car for pick up but that only makes me feel worse looking in the rearview mirror to see her head hanging down like her neck is about to snap.  I was able to move her to her bed after we got back home so fingers crossed she'll sleep while I try to come back down to planet Earth and get ready to spend the next 2 and a half hours with them in the car by myself. 

TGIF!  p.s. where is Gainesville in relation to any of y'all?  We'll have like 4 hours between games on Saturday if anyone wants to meet up.

I'm sorry.  Nap time is a CIO situation for us every single day.  I don't think she'll ever outgrow it at this point.
