LO makes this little sqeaking/chirping noise when he's sleeping. It's not all the time but pretty frequent. It sounds like a hiccup but he doesn't have hiccups. Anyone else notice this??

Yes!! DD makes this squeaking/inhaling sound that sounds like hyperventilating, especially when she's drinking but also when sleeping. I was initially worried about it but pedi assured me it's normal. I have so many FTM worries!!

Yes!! I'm glad to hear it's normal. It's almost like a high pitched "AHH!" that my daughter does. It's cute but sometimes it sounds like a gasp for air, which startles me. When she does it at night it wakes me up & I always jump up to check on her. I'm glad to know other babies do this too!!
Yeah, my DD has an active sleep phase (REM sleep?) where she makes all kinds of noises. We've started to put her in her nursery part of the night because that is the only way I can sleep through it.
Re: Chirping/sqeaking noise while sleeping?
all the time! its adorable, isnt it?!
he also makes grunting/throat clearing noises (usually followed shortly thereafter by farting/pooping) that we fondly refer to as "zombie baby"
