July 2012 Moms

so I officially have an aversion...

raw meat.  OMG.  The other day I went to the grocery store and bought some things to make chicken parm.  I was really looking forward to it.  I took the chicken out of the freezer to defrost, and it wasn't defrosted the next day so I was waiting one more day.  In a matter of that one day my stomach turns at the sight of any raw meat.

Re: so I officially have an aversion...

  • Awe that is hard!

I have a few aversions but I can narrow it down to a category, anything that smells super sweet just sends me running. Maple Syrup, Honey, Frosting...

I hope you have someone that can cook it for you, hopefully once it is cooked you can actually eat it.

  • Mine is reheated poultry.  The freshly made meals are great but when I microwave chicken or turkey from thanksgiving, the smell of it, taste of it, and texture just gross me out.  I don't get nauseated or vomit, I just don't like it.  DH put some left over turkey into the spaghetti sauce tonight and it really disgusted me so I had to pick out the pieces.

  • The meat section of the grocery store totally grossed me out!

And, normally I love the smell of fresh Christmas trees,  but it totally made me nauseous!
