So I was wondering everyone's thoughts, experiences, and opinions on the amber necklace? Did it work, worth the money, do u recommend it for teething? TiA!!!
The only thing the amber teething necklace has done for us is provide hope in the beginning. After a few days of DD wearing it with no relief in sight, the hope faded. I'll put it on her every once in awhile because it is pretty.

I agree that it is a very pretty piece of jewelry.
I got myself one too, and I don't notice a difference for myself or for LO when we wear them.
That being said, everyone is different. It seems they work well for some people. I think if you're ok with it just ending up being a necklace, go for it. If you really want something to help with teething, buy something else.
I love them and have had great success using them for 2 kids. I think they are definitely worth the money. I'm a huge Inspired by Finn fan. You can get 20% off by using code promo20.
Can you use ANY amber necklace or just the special ones? I have a crapload of amber stuff...
So long as the amber touches your skin and isn't set in metal-- one special thing about amber teething necklaces is that they are knotted between each bead and have a screw clasp, both for safety. But there's nothing special about the amber itself.
i love mine. we put one on my baby after he struggled to cut his front two top teeth. he was absolutely miserable and we tried the teething necklace as a last-ditch effort to get him some relief. over the next month, he cut four more teeth and we didn't even know he was working on them until they were all the way in1
I swear by it. I bought 2 off ebay for $15. I wasn't wasting my money on the name brand "Inspired by Finn" or whatever. It definitely cuts on the drooling and screaming as well as MOTN wakings. For $15 it was worth it!
