will NOT leave me alone.  He keeps crawling all over me all the time.  It is getting to the point that I have to lock him in another room in order to sleep.  I know he is concerned, and it would be okay if he would just lay beside me...  Unfortunately he thinks laying on my belly making muffins is where he needs to be at all times.  He's accidentally scratched me a couple times when I had to move.

Get him a toy to play with....  water guns work great  I had to do that with one of my cats this afternoon.

I am feeling okay.  I am stir crazy, but other than that pretty good.  I went up and down a flight of stairs today for the first time, so I feel like that is progress!

I do love my cat.  When I was sick a few years ago he would lay in bed with me all day.  I do love that he wants to be near me, I just wish he wouldn't insist on laying on top of me...  especially since he weights like 20 pounds!
