Its 37 degrees here today and I would love to take DD for a walk, but it feels soooo cold to me! Even with her bundled in a thick coat and fleece pants I feel like its freezing! What is too cold?
I used to live in the city...we went out in all weather in the stroller and just bundled up (warm coat, hat and one of those bundle me's, or even a blanket). If it's windy we'd put the rain cover on to keep the wind out.
I would absolutely go for a walk in 37 degree weather, especially if it's sunny.

37 degrees is still just heavy sweatshirt weather LOL! My kids go out to play at school (as do daycares) until something like 15 degrees (maybe lower?). Anyway, 37 degrees is absolutely fine walking weather. If it was too cold, we'd be locked in the house for 6 months a year!
10 degrees? I honestly don't know, my daughter doesn't get as cold as I do and we went out in all weather as kids. I plan on going out pretty much daily through the winter, we'll see what happens. The cold air knocks her out, she went out to rake with MH a couple nights last week and was in bed almost an hour early both nights.

37 is beautiful! I would keep DS inside if it's under 10-15. Kind of depends on windchill too.

Personally, below 0. We live in a small city apartment so we have to go out or we will lose our mind. We just dress appropriately and I put the rain cover on our stroller for wind blockage.
Edit: I said below 0 but really I meant below freezing. I probably wouldn't go out if it was in the teens, but that is mostly because I know it won't last that long here.

We go out in anything above single digits. I always dress her in layers and keep her dry.
If I stayed in for anything below 37 degrees, we'd be stuck inside for months out o the year. No thank you to that.
