I made them. They were a little dry, dense and bland. I would add more cheese, bacon and salt, and about a half a cup less of ww flour.

Since they have now made it into my morning snack rotation, I am now inspired to find/modify other savory muffin recipes.

I've made them with chorizo and turkey chorizo instead of the canadian bacon, so that totally infuses them with flavor. I highly recommend trying that id you like chorizo.
