I'm supposed to put the medicine under my tongue, correct? Also, does it have any disgusting taste? I'm feeling so nauseous (but need to start my new prescription). I'm worried that a weird smell / taste will push me over the edge!

If you got the meltaway kind, then yes. If not, just swallow it with as little liquid as possible. Leave it under your tongue until it is gone.
