Who else has not had an u/s yet? If not, when are you scheduled? How far along will you be?

My u/s is scheduled for Dec. 12 and I'll be 8w1d.

My 1st appointment is tomorrow.  Not sure if it includes an ultrasound!

My first appt is Dec 23 and I will be 8w5d but they don't do ultrasounds until 19/20 weeks unless there is a complication. Freaks me out to wait that long, I dunno...

Me! First will be next Monday at 6w2d and then the following Monday. Then I will be released from my RE to my OB.

Mine is in two weeks. I'll be about 9 1/2 weeks then. It feels like so long to wait! But with DS I only had one at 20 weeks so I should be grateful to have more than one!

I haven't had one yet either. My first appointment is December 19th and I will be 7w5d. It was THE only appointment they had (8am yikes!) before Christmas and they were willing to do it 2 days before 8w. I'm so thankful because I wanted to have it before we tell family at Christmas!!

Mine's the same way...I just want to try to hear a heartbeat somehow at my first appointment, though!

I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow, and I don't have one scheduled yet.  I'm crossing my fingers for getting one at my next appointment, I'll be 9w6d.

My next appointment will be December 19. I will be 10w3d and they say they will let us hear the heartbeat then. Seems so far away!

I haven't had one yet...I have another appointment (#3) next Tuesday, and then will be scheduled for an ultrasound, which will probably correspond with my NT scan at 11-12 weeks.

I have one scheduled for next Friday (I'll be 10w3d), but if I hear the heartbeat on the doppler at my midwife appointment on Tuesday, I'm planning to cancel, and just wait for the NT scan.

I'm surprised at how many people get ultrasounds in the first trimester these days. When I was pregnant with DD, I'd say at least 50% of posters didn't get an u/s until 20 weeks. The NT scan was just starting to gain widespread acceptance at that time, and early ultrasounds were generally reserved for women with questions on their dates or high-risk pregnancies. I guess that was five years ago (hard to believe!), and times change.

Haven't. Mine is scheduled on December 9th, I will be 7 weeks, 3 days based on LMP, but I think I will be closer to 7 weeks.

I wouldn't have gotten one until 20 weeks if it wasn't for my spotting. I technically already had one, but I didn't get to see a thing. I have a real one on Monday and I can't wait to see that hopefully everything is better!!

I have my first this Friday. I can?t wait!  I will be 7w6d according to my calculations but 7w4d according to theirs. We were seeing an RE, and this u/s is with him. I am not sure if he will have me do another before I go see my OB. Hoping everything looks okay and that there is actually a baby in there!

I'll be calling to schedule this afternoon.  I'm guessing I'll be 8 weeks and change at the appointment, as that seems to be when they like to see you for the first time over here in Germany   AND every woman is entitled to 10 ultrasounds during her pregnancy!  Too bad we'll be heading back to the States in a few weeks...

I'm pretty sure I only get one at 20 weeks, but I'm meeting the doctor next week for my first appointment, and he will probably confirm that.

I haven't. I have my first (just because I chose to do the NT scan to have an early one!) at 13 weeks on Jan. 3rd!  Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten one until 18-20 weeks. It kinda sucks because my insurance covers any that my doctor would order!

I go next week Wednesday.  I will be 10 weeks...maybe 11, I am not really sure how far along I am, as I never pay attention to my period.

I am hoping that this will actually help me get excited.  I have been very blah about things, really.

Had my orientation yesterday. Scheduled 1st appt with OB for December 12th at which I will be 9 wks, 5 days. Nurse said I will likely get an u/s but made no promises.

My 1st one is Dec. 21st (I HAD to have it before Christmas!) and I'll be 7w3d fetal age (or do I count it as 9w3d??  Even if I know exactly when the baby was conceived?  So confusing!)
