Eggs Benedict is my absolute favorite. Oh how I miss soft poached eggs.

For Christmas we always make monkey bread. I can't wait since that is the ONLY time of year I eat stuff like that.

I love those baked egg casseroles that you soak overnight in the fridge with like a whole loaf of bread and breakfast meats and cheese in them- don't know what to call it!!

Omg thanks everyone for reminding me how much I love eggs benedict! Super craving! Lol good night!

Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I wish there were more without egg, because of DS' allergies, I don't want to serve too much that he can't have. Its not fair to him, especially being at an age where he really won't understand.

The soaking overnight casserole is called a strata Smile

My absolute favorite Christmas food is my great-aunt's sausage casserole: Butter a pan. Line it with Pillsbury croissants. Cook sausage, crumble it over the top. Cover that with cheese. Cover the cheese layer with another layer of Pillsbury. Bake at 350 for 10 mins or so (approx).

I have dreams about that casserole :)
