To drink a protein shake? As a meal replacement or a snack? DH just bought a big container and I was curious for myself to begin using them. I am trying to lose 20 more pounds and I don't want it to make me gain weight.

I use it as breakfast normally (haven't while PG)... Just put 4oz. of milk and 12oz. of water into a shaker, add the protein powder, shake it up and there it goes...
Eat 5-6 meals per day every 2-3 hours. Use the protein shake as one of your meals. I usually have a shake with some fruit in it or a veggie on the side before I workout. Eating more frequently will boost your metabolism and help you lose weight. They won't make you gain weight unless your total calorie intake for the day - calories burned during exercise = more than your BMR.
