I'm torn. We were going to buy him a DS, but he's not interested. I have a Leap pad coming for my 4 yo. I'm trying not to buy a lot because I'm tired of throwing stuff out. I really liked that android kid tablet the Belle found, but I wonder if it will be outgrown or go unused. I also really like the trampoline some one suggested by Little Tykes:

Both could use it. Trev is an active kid. He likes to build things, but isn't huge into Legos. He still like cars and trucks, but I have a house full of that stuff! Which do you think would be best for a 6 yo boy?
Re: Alright, help me deicide on a Christmas gift for my 6 yo
My five year old is getting, among other things, Hexbugs and a Hexbug habitat and Zoobs (https://www.amazon.com/Infinitoy-11125-ZOOB-125-Piece-Set/dp/B0007ZULSY), which are cool because its a building toy, but the pieces are moveable.
ETA: The trampoline doesn't appeal to me for my boys, who are really active too. I just doubt they would play on it much.
Those Zoob things are cool!
The reviews sold me. I bought the 250 piece set, but at meijer.com because it was cheaper there.
