AW - Nursery photos!

Yeah, I know, everyone on here shared their nursery photos a long long time ago.  But I kind of suck at taking photos and knew I was going to have my newborn photographer also take some photos of the nursery for me - so I was waiting to get those photos back before I shared my nursery.  We just love beluga whales, but unfortunately there are not a lot of beluga themed things out there, so we had to settle for a beluga/generic whale theme.

This is a great nursery! and it flows so well especially the rug. where did you find the mobile? Did you make it? I don't like any of the ones on the market and the ones on etsy so pretty expensive.

Cute nursery!  You might be amused to learn that after we swaddle LO for bed at night, I rock her and sing a little ditty I like to call "Baby Burrito" to the tune of "Baby Beluga."  :-)

The crib mobile is from Pottery Barn Kids and the ceiling mobile is from Amazon but made by Flensted.

Crystal - yup, it's a whale basket for holding toys.  Right now it just has the one stuffed beluga toy, but I am sure Rocco will have plenty more in the future!

UofM - that's too funny, I call Rocco my 'baby burrito' all the time when he is swaddled!  I may have to come up with my own baby burrito song LOL!

 

Thanks everyone for the compliments!    I too love, love, love the rug.  You wouldn't believe how much time I spent searching for a freaking rug, but it paid off!  And too funny about the cat matching the room - he totally does!  LOL!
