We are taking the baby too!  We are picking her up from the hospital later today so I can get care instructions from the doctors, she has a fractured shoulder and possibly elbow.  Both girls are going directly into adoptive placement, TPR is being done immediately.

The SW side of me says there is a big not so pretty story there.

The parents have a history with CPS and have had 4 other children in the system (all have been adopted), Little Owl's case is very different from the rest of her siblings, she is very lucky in that sense but her case is mind boggling.  The baby's case is very similar to the other 4 children, sad and not something they want to continue hence the requests for immediate TPR.
