Appointments? Dec. 12

Milestones? I moved back to appts every 2 weeks

Worries/concerns? I am worried about all the back pains I have been having .

Anything else? Pretty sure I lost part of my mucus plug this week, but I haven't saw anything since so I am skeptical.

Also I saw a post on the BMB said Tomorrow we get to say we are due NEXT MONTH!!!

I hope your appointment goes well Jen!

Appointments?  I had my appointment with the plastic surgeon on Monday.  It was really good to see her and her staff.  I spent so much time there during the 1st reconstruction that I got pretty close with them.  Plus, my surgeon just had a baby, so it was nice to talk about kids with her.  She is hopeful that she will be able to do enough while she is in there that I won't need any expansions, but she won't know for sure until she is sees everything.  She was fine with me having the surgery as soon as I am off the Lovenox, which I will be on until 6 weeks pp.  I've opted to have the surgery at 10 weeks pp and tentatively scheduled it for 3/27/12.  If Connor arrives earlier, I will reschedule.

My next OB appointment is this Friday.

Milestones?  I'm past 32 weeks now, which is when my OB said that he would be fine if he was born early, so that's a relief.  I'm planning on asking her about when she will no longer stop labor if I were to go into it on Friday. 

Worries/concerns?  I'm not really worried, but I do feel like Connor is going to arrive sooner rather than later.  I'm just hoping to make it to full term, or at least 35 weeks. 

Anything else?  Nothing else at this point.  I'm officially home with no more traveling until after Connor is born, so now I am just working on the apartment and waiting to figure out what's going on with work.

Appointments? Last appointment was Monday, said everything looked good Next appointment is next Friday along with an u/s. Im so freaking excited, I havent seen baby girl since her a/s!!!

Milestones? Everyday is a milestone!

Worries/concerns? She is very active so that settles me down alot. Im still not convinced Im have a baby and prob wont be until she is in my arms. I just cant allow myself that for some reason.

Anything else? 2nd baby shower is next Saturday, excited!

Appointments? Next Tuesday, Dec. 6th

Milestones? Ummm...we could be meeting Lucas in one month to 6 weeks!!!! :-) Our last Lamaze class is tomorrow night. Nursery is almost done, just need to get a chair!

Worries/concerns? Still need to choose which hospital to deliver at, still need to pick a pediatrician...right now my biggest concern is just that he stays in for a few more weeks and that I have a smooth, safe, healthy labor and delivery!

Anything else? We have decided to change his middle name to Abelardo instead of Alexander. Abelardo is my DH?s middle name, which he actually goes by, so it means a lot to him to share that name :-)

Appointments: We had one on Monday, the doc was really behind because the patient before us had a miscarriage. Oh I felt so bad for her, we both did, it really hit home how much we've gone full circle. In March we were in her same position and now I'm 32 weeks pregnant. Still, saying a prayer. Next appt. Dec. 12.

Milestones? 32 weeks tomorrow, crazy.

Worries/concerns? Nothing really, knock on wood.

Anything else? I feel pretty zombie-like already. I have to pee every hour so my sleep is never really restful.

Appointments? This Friday

Milestones? Started class Monday, its really hitting home. Dh has finally started to realize that we actually need to get the house ready for this little guy. Bout time!!!

Worries/concerns? I'm super paranoid about going early and him not being ready, he's really strong and I'm worrying he's going to break my water with his crazy antics. Plus ive still got a ton of fear something is going to go wrong at the last minute ... or everything will be fine and I just won't be ready.

Anything else? I'm exhausted most of the time now and wishing I had gotten a lot more done during 2nd tri when I had more energy and less pain. But it'll get done... I think i'm going to end up buying a lot of stuff online cause walking around stores is uber painful.

Appointments? OB appt 12/13 and growth u/s the same day. 

Milestones? None recently but I can't believe I am only 3 weeks from being full term!!  I have a suspicion we'll be having a December baby...I think she'll be here close to New Year's Eve.   

Worries/concerns? I just want a smooth delivery and healthy baby.  Oh and I am hoping I am able to endure the stores this weekend to finish baby shopping and Christmas shopping for DD.

Anything else? Tomorrow is my work shower.  I am just so excited that someone wants to celebrate Madeleine with me that I don't even care about gifts...as long as there is cake I will be happy.

Anything else? I think my hips may run away and leave me soon with all the pain they are in. Anyone else?

Hi Jen hope your appt. goes well tomorrow. I've been MIA for a while due to a rather busy & tiring work schedule. But I've been lurking so I can at least keep up.

Appointments? Had one today- all is looking good.

Milestones? My little girl is head down, everyday that passes continues to be a milestone for me.

Worries/concerns? I'm still holding on to the normal PgAL worries, so much so that I continue to delay organizing & washing all her things.

Anything else? My original due date is on Friday it also happens to be my cousins wedding, & I'm walking in it. At least I'll have something to keep me occupied.

did any january moms have babies yet?

My next appt is next week for the 36 week appt....GBS then...and not sure if the OB with "check" me or not.  I guess i will find out. i made the appt with the doctor bc my cousin said she had the midwife check her and she was a smidge rough...yikes.

so then the appts are weekly now.

So exctied that in 2 weeks my LO could be here safe and sound.

I am anxious of course like all the other january mommas bc i just want my baby safe and sound....but i have absolutely loved every second of being pregnant....i have loved the nausea, the sciatica, the heart burn, the back pain......the squiggles and wiggles and kicks, loved loved loved it....never in a billion years did i think that i could love it so much.

trying for a VBAC so praying that i go a little early with a nice 7lber!!!! (with a head tinier then my son!)

Appointments?  I had an appointment today and have another 12/12.  Nothing new to report...measuring exactly on track; my weight gain is more than I would like to see but my OB said she is not concerned because I'm still in the normal range.

Milestones?  As I sat in the office waiting for my appointment today, I started seeing a scene replay in my mind.  It was the scene from last December 6 when we found out our baby had no heartbeat.  It was a really weird feeling to be there, now almost 33 weeks pregnant.  LO's heartbeat was 125 bpm today

Worries/concerns?  My weight...I've gained a lot in the last few weeks (IMO) and I'm afraid that will continue if I don't reel myself back in!  My back hurts.  A lot.  I finally took out a heating pad yesterday and it is amazing. 

Anything else?  I can't believe so many January Moms have already had their babies!!  It makes it seem even closer!

Appointments? Not till next thursday.

Milestones? Uhm, single digit weeks this week!!  Though if you go by the scheduled C section I have 8 weeks!!!

Worries/concerns? Uhm...Right now I am deciding whether to go to L&D b/c of some spotting but I haven't decided yet.  He is just bouncing around in there though.

Anything else?  The bedding came and is in place!! All I really need is the Glider!

Appointments? Next Wednesday.

Milestones? Nothing much. Am just now arriving at that really uncomfortable stage. Uncomfortable, but very happy to be here. We also went on our L&D tour this week.

Worries/concerns? Nothing new, really. Same ones as always. And like MuffinB, my hips kill.

Anything else? Nope! Need to get some things for the nursery walls, and then we'll be done.

Milestones? I will be 35/35 next week. Which seems very surreal.

 

Worries/concerns? Getting everything done in time.

 

Anything else? I think I am getting a surprise shower from my coworkers on Sunday - we'll see what happens!

Appointments?  lol    I missed my appointment on Tuesday due to being in L&D because of PPROM on Monday night. 

Milestones?   Right now everyday is a milestone keeping me and LO healthy and LO still baking until next week.

Worries/concerns?   TONS!   Worried about infection, about LO being ok and making it to delivery.  Worried how LO will do outside of the womb and if he will have to stay in NICU long. 

Anything else?   Well, facing delivery within the next week made us finally pick a name.   He name will be Parker Oryan! 

Otherwise, I'm chilling at the hospital.
