Photo Invites w/ Words Printed?

Are y'all making those in Photoshop or something? Or is there a web page where I can make and order them (bonus points if it's cheap)?

    Mine was $14 on etsy.  I bought it, emailed her the pic and deets, and she filled it in for me.  She also touched the photo up a little.

    Those don't necessarily look like a PS/Illustrator design. I think you can make some on the website like Picnik or some website like that. I know a few people on here have used that to make similar invites.

    Also used Etsy. They have every theme under the sun. Mine was $15 and she was super fast.

    Smile  I used Photoshop; I think I purchased the bunting element for a few bucks from Etsy.  If it's something you do want to put together yourself, it is possible to find free elements to use (google free digital scrapbook + whatever element you're looking for - that's how I found the flower).  But Etsy is a good cheap option too if you find a design you like.
