So my husband and I really like the name Reagan but are not set on that spelling. I was thinking Regan or Ragan. Need some oppinions. I sort of like one of the shorter versions assuming people do not butcher her name.

I would use the traditional spelling of Reagan. Just a heads up and I'm sure you know this but it's the name of the little girl in the movie "The Exorcist." Yikes.

My vote is for Regan (which is how Shakespeare spelled it, and so I would have thought that would be the "traditional" way). Although I would pronounce it Ree-gan, like in the Exorcist. If you want to make Ray-gan the clear pronunciation, I guess spelling it like the president works. Definitely not Ragan.
Yes my brother mentioned that but it is the name we like and a movie I have never seen (and will never see) so we are okay with that. Thanks for the spelling input though.

The name makes me shudder
Reagan or Regan
NOT Ragan. Looks silly as does Raegan.
Holy Hell!!! Why did you have to do this!! ACCCCCCCCCCCCCCK!!!
Completely agreed.
I like Reagan the best, but Regan is fine too.
Ragan is horrible and actually changes the pronunciation in my mind.

I love this name when it is pronounced Reegan. Reagan reminds me too much of the president.
