My appetite is back in full force

Yesterday I was hungry during the day but felt like crap at dinner time.  Today I have been hungry all day long.  This is such a change from the past month or so!  I think I like it... til the lbs start packing on, I'm sure!

    be careful when indulging! I wanted Pizza Hut SO BAD yesterday that I ravaged a whole bag of breadsticks and a couple pieces of pizza before I got home with the box! I was MISERABLE after. Try not to go overboard just because you've missed being hungry! I had the BIGGEST food-baby ever, it hurt so bad!
