That's the one we bought, too. (We don't have an ikea, but we have a local company that does pickups from there.) It's plain and cheap, but I was inspired when I googled it to find reviews, and found a bunch of websites showing how people had "spruced it up." As for us, we covered the top in a decorative contact paper (pretty, hides crayon marks, easy to clean) and left the wood as-is. I love that I can recover the top, paint the wood, etc., for a different look one day.

This is the one that Alana is getting for her birthday next week. She doesn't have it yet, but, it has been put together and the quality is awesome! The pieces are really sturdy and I can't wait for her to get it!

Re: Recommend your toddler table and chair set
If you have an ikea nearby, you can't beat the price on this one. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50178411/

We have this one, didn't come with a frog though.
This is actually one I've been eyeing, but in a darker finish. Some reviews I read said it scratched easily, so I wasn't sure.
I'm trying to decide if I should go with a plain wood table or a hand painted one. This Noah's Ark one is too cute and I know he'd love the animals.
