Top tooth and grinding

So I heard LO making what sounded like a teeth grinding noise this morning so I looked and sure enough over night he cut a top tooth and is not grinding his teeth. I dont remember my other DS's grinding their teeth this young. Anyone else's LO's with top and bottom teeth grinding them?

DD has been doing something like that, but she uses her top and bottom teeth to make a 'clicking' noise. It took us a little while to figure out what it was!

DS grinds his teeth and has since he had enough to do it lol.  He got his bottom fronts first and then got his top right one beside his front so he had to do a very weird jaw movement to grind them together.  Now that he has 7 teeth, he grinds like crazy, especially when he is tired.  Most other mom's I have talked to say their children did it to.  My Dr says it will most likely stop when he is done teething.
