for those of you who are breastfeeding and still taking prenatal vitamins....are you using over the counter vitamins? and if so, what brand are you using?TIA :-)

I am still taking the same ones that I took while pregnant (nature made) but they now make me feel sick

Same ones as when I was pregnant - Women's One A Day Prenatal.  I stopped taking the DHA supplement that goes with them though, those make me ralph.

I am taking prescription ones now (they made me sick during pg) but while pg I took the Target brand (which didn't make me sick).  I may go back to the Target brand once I finish the Rx.

Tricare pays for my prenatal vitamins so while I was pregnant I just took the brand that the prescription pharmacy gave me. Now that I'm not going to base regularly for check ups it's less convenient to get those, so I just bought a bottle of target brand.

Target brand made me really sick.  I take the One-A-Day version.

I got a prescription for my prenatals from my OB. It's only $5 for 3 months and they don't make me sick, so I'm not switching.

I got the ones from Tricare too (I think they're called Prenatal Plus).  I'm on my last refill so when they run out I'll probably get the Target ones too- I've heard good things about them.
