In May I will be traveling by air with a three-month
old and would like to avoid checking baggage. Are there compact options
for infant travel beds that could fit into a carry-on bag? Any
suggestions would be great. Thanks!!!!
I JUST saw something on sale on Zulily today. It's a fold/up colapsible bassinet looking thing. It's under new Mom necessities or something. Looked cute and like it might even go in a diaper bag easily.
We got this at the shower, and I think it would work for a bed as well as an activity thing...I don't know for sure if it would work for a three month old, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

We have a Phil & Ted travel cot. It's super lightweight and easily fits in my suitcase, and DD sleeps in it just fine (well, she did--it's getting a little small for her now).

And, it folds up pretty small.
That's really cute and it would be nice for baby to have something "stimulating" while we are on our trip!
