I got mine about 2 months after giving birth because I couldn't breastfeed due to postpartum depression.

I breastfed for 9 months and never got mine.  Once I stopped nursing I got put on the pill and it came that way.  It never came naturally.

I think this answer will be different for every woman. I EBF and still got AF at 4 months PP.

I EP and got it back at 5.5months when i changed to pumping every 4hrs from every 3hrs. Boo.

Both my kids are FF.  I got my period at 6 weeks pp with #1, and 7 weeks pp with #2.

I have to check my charts, but I recall my first PP AF showing up in mid-February, so that was roughly 6 or 7 weeks after my c-section.
