I'm at 14lbs. About where I want to be. With my son I gained a total of 24lbs. I'm hoping to stay within that range. If I gain 14 more lbs I'll be okay with it. That's about 1lbs a week.
I've gained somewhere between 15-20 lbs. I am normally quite petite at 5'6 120lbs. I've heard that the smaller you are, the more weight you gain. I've also heard that larger women tend to lose weight for most of their pregnancy. Its like the body is trying to balance into what you need.
I'm guessing most of these replies aren't making you feel any better lol!
To be honest I don't know how much I've exactly gained, because we don't have a scale at home and I didn't get weighed at the doctor until 20 weeks. But I was 150lbs when I got weighed last week, and I'm usually around 130lbs - so I've gained about 20lbs. I'm 5'6" though so I wasn't heavy to begin with or anything....
My large weight gain is probably a result of zero morning sickness, and the only cravings I've had have been for carbs and anything sweet.
If it makes you feel better, I gained about 45lbs with my first DD, still looked good at 40 weeks, and lost all the weight by 4 months post partum. As long as you're healthy, and doing the best you can in terms of diet and exercise, don't worry about the numbers on the scale (at least that's what I keep telling myself!).
It has always been hard for me to gain weight. I try and try and eat like a horse, but I have a fast metabolism. My midwife isn't worried, but my mom thinks I should be gaining more. *Sigh*

Before thanksgiving about 2 after about 4 I've been trying to be careful because I know I gain much faster in the third trimester and I don't want to gain more than the 35 I did with my last son.

I HAVE heard that larger women have a tendency to lose or not gain as much, but I've never heard that smaller women gain more. I was 117 lbs when I got pregnant with my son and I gained 26 (perfect, according to my midwife) while pregnant. I did weigh more when I was released from the hospital than when I checked in though... despite having a 6.5 lb baby and a placenta- all those fluids they pushed into me upped my weight A LOT. I really hope I don't have to go through that part this time.

None. I go to the doctor next Friday at 17 weeks. I was slightly overweight before hand. 5'4 and 172 lbs. I've weighed that since we got married at the beginning of June.
Started back on BC May, 2010; Had last shot on Aug. 2010 TTC starting in November, 2010; Irregular cycles- went to Dr U/S showed cysts on both ovaries; Diag. Lap on March 1st, 2011 Lap showed that my right fal. tube is centered, instead of to the right Left fal. tube is disjointed uterus is tilted and the size of a softball, not a pear. BFP on 8-30-11, 9-2-11, and 9-4-11. EDD is May 14, 2012. Babygirl born on April 16, 2012.
Nothing, at 18 weeks. Although, I think I might have gained a pound or two this week (which is weird, because I haven't been hungry at all lately and have hardly touched my suppers for three nights in a row). It could just be bloat, though.
Wow. I guess I'm in the minority here. 10 years ago I lost 40 lbs. PP I had gained about 15 of it back. I'm 18 weeks now and have gained around 21 lbs.
I know I have used this as a license to eat. Everything appeals to me, especially sweets. I only experienced nausea for two weeks and was able to pick different foods to eat to get me through. I'm feeling pretty big and I know a lot of it is food, not baby. Once the Thanksgiving leftovers go out in the trash tonight, I'll be more focused on making better choices. Pie has been my go-to lately.
Between +5 and +8 (it varies)...doesn't help that I weighed 159 as pre-preg weight and I'm 5'5... But I didn't get morning sickness and I crave carbs and sweets 24hours. I'm hoping to keep the weight gain at bay.

At 22w it was 15lbs. (I did not have any first tri weight loss.)
I have been eating pretty well and exercising 5 times a week and I intend to not look at the scale any more for the rest of my pregnancy. If my doctor is worried, I'm sure they will let me know. In all honesty, I don't care how much I gain as long as I'm still healthy and can fit back into my old pants later.
11 pounds at 26 weeks. I was 117lbs at 5'7" to begin with, but my midwife said gaining anywhere from 15-25lbs for the whole pregnancy would be fine. She said the weight recommendations are coming down, even for those who start out light.

This was true for me. I started off my first pregnancy around 130 and gained 50lbs. (20 of that in the last week or two from water weight and swelling due to pre-e). I didn't really lose any weight (Well I did, and it came back on but that's a whole long story) between my pregnancies so I was about 175 starting off my second and I only ended up gaining 6lbs. that entire pregnancy. I did lose quite a bit of weight (15lbs.) being sick for so long and it took awhile to gain that back so I didn't gain much on top of it but my 2nd kid was just shy of 8lbs. so kid was still healthy and got everything they needed My doc was never concerned about my weight gain (or lack thereof) in my 2nd pregnancy either.
To answer the OP question. I'm currently down about 4lbs. I've been sick and had no appetite. It'll catch up eventually. It always does
Don't feel bad! This is my first pregnancy and I'm at +20lbs already too and I'm just over 22 weeks. I'm hoping that I don't gain more thatn 30 but this little one has a mind of her own. I don't look too much bigger but I'm starting to feel heavy I think I need to up my walking! You're not alone!
Alyssa born 6/14/05 at 8 lbs 2oz - Ashley born 3/27/10 at 6 lbs 13oz
We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June
16 pounds at 18 weeks but - I had to shovel carbs 1st trimester because of how bad my MS was. It just ended a week ago so I'm hoping to gain less than 15 more.

I have fluctuated a lot so I'm not really sure. Probably somewhere in the range of 7-10 pounds. My bathroom scale is broken so I am not able to weigh myself at home at the moment and my next appt isn't until Dec 15 so who knows where I'll be at that point.
At my last appt (13 weeks) I was up 5 lbs but that was before Thanksgiving... i've honestly been too chicken to weigh myself since the 3 Thanksgiving meals I had last week! haha

3 pounds, I had gained 5 but I lost a few because I have been sick.
ETA: I am of normal weight for my height and have a normal BMI.
i have gained 22 pounds at 22 weeks.
(i'll blame at least 2 pounds on the boots i was wearing when they weighed me, though)
i have started counting calories because i know i'm eating poorly.
4lbs at 16 weeks
edited to add: but with my first daughter I was up 16lbs at 16 weeks! lesson learned!

I'm up 12-ish lbs...probably 13-14 by now.
I'm 5'7. Started out at 144, 24 weeks I was at 156.7. It's been 2 weeks since I weighed myself, so who knows.
Normal: 135
Let myself go prepregnancy: 140
At 12 weeks: 144 (got in trouble because 9 lb gain at 12 weeks is too much)
14 weeks/Today: 142 (6 lb net gain from normal)

None, but I was chubby to begin with.
