I saw a few posts but I wanted to see what you ladies were doing and how far you have come with it.
I started weight watchers when LO was 2 weeks old and have lost 48 of the 63 I gained with him. I am BFing with a little supplementation because dear AF came back and twice this month! I will be starting to walk/run today and doing the 30 day Shred.
Re: Losing Weight!
Congratulations! That's awesome!
I BF'd and still had 6lbs left to lose, so I did the 30-Day Shred. You probably saw my before/after pics I posted last week. I got GREAT results. Much more tone now and lost 5lbs of the 6lbs!
I am right there with you! Once I get these pesky 15 pounds I would love to see an additional 20lbs off. Our BFP was a BIG SURPISE! I lost about 15 before I found out that I was pregnant so I was trying really hard to get back to where I was by 12/5. I am pretty happy so far but I still have a ways to go!
eesome- Your before/after pictures are the ones that insipred me to dust off the shred. If I can lose 6 lbs and look like that I would dance naked in the streets! This weekend was a whirwind but I am back to focused!
That's awesome! I've heard only good things about weight watchers- a lot of my friends have had success with it!
I gained 40 pounds while pregnant and I still have about 8 to lose. I'm doing the Shred and I'm starting back up with my running. In a few weeks I'll start training for a half marathon, so I'm hoping that will get me back to normal!
I was fortunate that while I gained 34lbs with DD I had dropped 30 of it within the first 10ish days. I am now down to about 8lbs less than pre-pregnancy, but I still have another 13lbs to go to be where I would like to settle.
I was doing the Shred for a while, but then I kind of lost motivation! Is there anyone planning to do it through December (I know this may be a daunting task with the busy nature of the holidays)?
I would love to get most of those last few pounds off before I look to go back to work in January because DH told me he would buy me a bunch of new work clothes once I reach my goal weight.
