It's a Jillian Michael's workout video. 30 days, 3 levels..20 minutes a day. I took pictures before I started and I'm only on day 4 and I already see a difference.

4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? No idea. I need to go the gym to use the scale (and maybe workout!).
5.) Any body changes you are noticing? Less squishy-ness in my quads.
6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout? I like the circuits. Makes it go by quicker and pushes me to do cardio. I usually loathe cardio and would rather lift.
BONUS Question- What exercise move is your LEAST favorite? Why? Probably the jump rope. Boobies bounce EVERYWHERE. How do people combat that??
