***30-Day Shred Check-In*** (A day late!)

Sorry ladies...I forgot to post yesterday!

Hello, ladies! This is our check-in for those of us doing the 30-Day Shred. I hope your workouts are going well. :)

1) What day of The Shred are you on?

2.) What Level are you on? 

3.) How much weight do you want to lose?

4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? 

5.) Any body changes you are noticing?

    4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)?havent  weighed

    5.) Any body changes you are noticing? My legs seem more firm  

    6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout? getting the hang of it.. 

    BONUS Question- What exercise move is your LEAST favorite? Why? jumping jacks.. my boobs practically smack me in the face!

    It's a Jillian Michael's workout video.  30 days, 3 levels..20 minutes a day.  I took pictures before I started and I'm only on day 4 and I already see a difference.

    1) What day of The Shred are you on? Ummm... probably around 18-19? I didn't get to do it over break like I thought, but I did go running!!

    2.) What Level are you on? Started level 3 today

    3.) How much weight do you want to lose? 8 pounds to go, hoping the shred will knock off another 2

    4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? 5 pounds!

    5.) Any body changes you are noticing? my waist is finally looking less wrinkly and my legs are regaining their strength!

    6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout?This workout is great, but I have to add running into my schedule to help drop the weight

    BONUS Question- What exercise move is your LEAST favorite? Why? I hate doing so many plank exercises in a row, it kills my bad shoulder!

    3.) How much weight do you want to lose? About 10lbs

    4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? No idea. I need to go the gym to use the scale (and maybe workout!).

    5.) Any body changes you are noticing? Less squishy-ness in my quads.

    6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout? I like the circuits. Makes it go by quicker and pushes me to do cardio. I usually loathe cardio and would rather lift.

    BONUS Question- What exercise move is your LEAST favorite? Why? Probably the jump rope. Boobies bounce EVERYWHERE. How do people combat that??
