Appt today: Send me good vibes please

I will never not be nervous for an appt but today I am worse than I usually am. Seems like every time I go to the Dr lately there is some kind of hiccup. Big baby concerns and GD which turned out not to be a concern after a week of worrying, BP concerns, etc. So I'm trying to stay calm so my BP doesn't skyrocket at the appt... but I feel like by trying to stay calm I am just amping myself up more. And it's hard not to get amped up as we are getting so close to the end and about to hit my most anxiety filled task - labor. I am just so scared of something going wrong... and it being my fault.

Anyone else feeling this way? Like the rug is just waiting to be pulled out from under your feet?

Some good vibes this morning would do me wonders. TIA!

PS - Little man seems to be sliding down more and more each day. He may be getting ready, am I?!?!?!? Embarrassed

    I basically had the same post yesterday! 2nd tri and the beginning of this one were easy breezy, and then the anxiety kicked back full force these last few weeks.

    Lots of calming vibes headed your way!  Labor is my scariest event in my head too.  I know your appointment will go well and eventually, you will be ready to hold your LO!

    I know exactly how you feel. The idea of labor is really starting to freak me out and I am constantly worried that something is going to happen. Lots of good vibes coming your way.
