I think I may be going into labor today *updated*

Lots of intense cramping and it's getting worse intensity-wise, but they aren't coming every five minutes yet. I've been having these types of cramping with my contractions since 10:00 last night. It figures that for the first time in 4 weeks and 4 days, I am NOT getting regular contractions five minutes apart. Ugh, I wish I knew one way or another.

Also, is it stupid that if I am going into labor today, that I'm slightly bummed that I won't be having my December baby?

**Update** I think this is really it. They are coming close to five minutes apart. I think DH and I are going to take a walk for a while and then call my midwife. I will be sending updates to emd2887!

Also, my totally selfish reason for wanting a December baby was because the birthstone goes with both my DH's and mine. Embarrassed DH told me that yellow and purple is a good mix though, like the Chargers team! I'm not upset though, because 1 - the flower for November is pretty awesome, and I had been thinking of doing a family tattoo with all of our birth flowers, and 2 - I'M GOING TO BE HAVING A BABY! Big Smile

    Good luck! I agree with Karma, LO will still be a holiday season baby. I'm sorry you're kind of in limbo right now.

    Good luck!!! Like others have said, if you do end up really being in labor, your baby will still be a holiday baby.
