The last 2-3 days have been crappy

First, I get a summonse (sp?) to go to court for a traffic violation that was captured on a traffic cam. Then my next piece of mail informs me that DD's medicaid has been revoked. Today I find out that I may not have a job after the new year. UGHHH!

I have turned in a couple of job apps online tonight, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I hear back on one. I hate my job anyway, but I am not the type of person who would feel comfortable sitting around collecting unemployment. I mean, if I'm trying then that's all that can be done, but I just hope I can find a new job quickly.

    When it rains it pours.  However, bad stuff comes in 3's and you knocked them all out in one day, so it's all good from here on out.  Maybe it's a blessing in disguise and a fabulous job will find it's way to you! Smile

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed! SO got good news at least. He is going to be promoted to manager in a couple of months. So that means a raise for him, which will definitely help if I'm not working.

    I just wanted to share an update, in case anyone cares to know lol

    I am being considered for a job I applied for (already!) so I'm excited. I would be working for the local children's hospital, which would be infinitely more fulfilling than my current job. In the meantime, my boss is offering us overtime for the holiday season, so I'm picking some hours up to pay for the ticket I got.

    So yeah, things are looking better today than they were a couple days ago :)
