I've seen quite a few baby name posts today and I'm just wondering what names everyone is leaning toward!
We've narrowed ours down to Maryanne (to honor DH's mom's who passed away) and Liam Angelo (Angelo honors my grandfather.)
What are your top choices (or, at least, your top choices right now)?
Re: What baby names are you leaning toward?
Top boy choice:
Simon Howard (Howard is DH's late grandfather's name)
Top girl choice:
Hannah Jean (Jean is DH's late grandmother's name)
We are set on Elliott James for a boy. For a girl, we both really like the name Olivia, but are still figuring out a middle name.
For some reason we have a list of girls names that are exclusively "s" sounds:
So, girls: Sylvia is our top choice, we also like Celeste, Sophia and Sonya. the middle name would be either Johanna or Jean to honour my maternal gma or dh's mom
For boys, we like Luke, Peter, Scott and Richard. Dean would be the middle name after dh's gpa

For a girl: Ada Rae or Ada Jean, both middle names are family names just not sure which one to use.
Current top choices for a boy: Axel or Dexter, not sure about middle name but might use Jay in honor of my greatgrandfather.
Since we agree on the girl's name and my whole family loves it, kind of hoping for a girl! We can't agree on a boy's name for the life of us but are now waiting until we find out to see if we even have to discuss it anymore.
We are set on names:
Boy: Kyler David
Girl: Kylie Elizabeth
So far we only have a girl name, even though I feel like it's a boy...
Julianna, but H likes it spelled Giuliana, which I'm not crazy about.
Oh and no middle name set in stone yet.
We found out we're having a boy over the weekend! DH really likes Caden and I like Landon. We have a list of others, too and need to decide! Some others on our list include Asher, Carson, Logan.....
(Middle name will be Anthony - same as DH and his Dad and his grandpa.)
Top choices:
Boy: Calvin Robert
Girl: Mirabel Ruth
(I posted earlier about Honora/Annora. While I really love that name, I think the issues with spelling and pronunciation would drive me nutzo! LOL )
Quinn was at the top of my list, but not my hubby's. I think that's an adorable girl name.
right now i think it's:
Sofia Gabrielle
Or Shanna Gabrielle (but due to the mis pronunciation, I may take it off the list)
and for a boy:
Michael Sebastian
(we needed "S" names to honor my grandmother)
Girl: Emma Peyton
Boy: Carter Dean
Dean is DH and FIL's middle name.
I love Ada, only we were going to spell it "Adah." If he was a girl it was either going to be that or Evelyn Joyce (Gma's FN and Mom's MN).
Boy names were Logan (after the name of the city we met in) and Samuel (uncle's name). Is it corny to say that as soon as I saw him on that silly little ultrasound screen, I KNEW he was Sam?
Beck Frederick (99% like) [both grandfather names] or Joy Elizabeth (90% like) [MN is after my sister]
I have to leave some room to change my mind.
Reid James
MMC 2.12.11 @ 8w
PVM 5.8.12
GWM 3.17.15
RPM 2.21.19
Gavin Allen for a boy
Skylar Rae or Phoebe Dawn for a girl =]
Girl:
Amelia Ann (Mia)- we are set on this
Boys:
Harrison Robert
Samuel Robert
Emmett Robert
Landon Robert
There is potential that we could go with something completely different then this but right now these are our top names for boys.
Robert and Ann are family names Robert is after DH's uncle that passed last year and Ann is the middle name of both our grandmothers.
For a girl I think we are going with Adalynn Renae (Lynn is my NM and Renae is SIL's MN)
For a boy we are can't seem to agree but our contenders are: Baylor, Holden and Bryce ---most likely middle name will be Dee after husband's favorite uncle.
Boy will be Levi Shaw
Girl- we have no idea. This changes daily. Right now we are leaning towards Bayla Elisabeth or Lorelei Shaw
4th BFP-August 2014- Due May 12, 2015
We're having a Girl so our names right now are:
Cora, Aimee, Brooke or Ava for first names and not sure about MN but I like Paige and Olivia.
Our Boys list was:
Kellan, Aaron, Nolan, Koa, Kai, and Remy.
The only thing we've decided is Colleen for a girl's middle name. It's my mother and sister's middle name.
girl name: Alessandra
we don't agree on boy names.
Don't want to think about this too too much before we find out gender, lest I set myself up for disappointment liking one name better than another...but thus far:
Boys: Clay, Graham, Christian, Hezekiah (combinations therein)
Ladies: Rae (my paternal grandfather's name was Ray), Sheridan (DH's paternal grandparents' hometown)...Sheridan Rae
We have two boys and I'm feeling like this will be a boy, too.
Boy: Nolan Patrick
Girl: I have no idea!!!
I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.
- Robert Munsch
Our daughter is the 6th Ella in the family, 4th Ella Grace. So we are going with family names again. I'm still shopping girl names but these are pretty much set in stone (for years now)
Anna Elizabeth & Liam Talmadge
Girl: Lily Marie (not sure if we're going to go w/ Lillian or just Lily either way we'll call her Lily.
Boy: Carson (middle name maybe Michael)
Boy Jaxson James
Girl Zoey Brynn
Boy - Tristan Thomas (not sure if we will spell it Tristan or Tristen)
Girl - Teegan Marie (not sure on the spelling of Teegan yet, either)
Thomas is my husband and father-in-law's middle name, and Marie is mine and my mom's.
