Has anyone been to see Happy Feet 2?

Good?

Bad?

Eh?

Re: Has anyone been to see Happy Feet 2?

  • DS liked it.  I wanted to stab my eyes out.  But, I always want to in kids' movies.  There are a couple scary'ish parts where the animals are in precarious situations, so not suitable for all kids.  DS wasn't bothered by it, but DD would have been.  A couple funny parts for the parents, but not nearly enough IMO.
    DS1 age 7, DD age 5 and DS2 born 4/3/12
  • The plot was random.  It moved slow, then fast, then jumbled.  It was....strange.

    But supah cute.

If that makes sense.   I mean, dancing/singing penguins.  What's not to love?!  :)

  • My mom took two of my boys over the weekend (almost 4 and 5.5). They loved it, but they're not the most discerning reviewers... My mom said it was cute. It seemed to be the best option of what's out there right now.

The best option is The Muppets.
