OMG we finally moved

I 've been MIA for last few weeks because after over a year long struggle we finally closed on our house!

You would not believe the slime ball we had to deal with. The listing agent for the shor tsale, who is also his own broker, was a complete clown. He kept trying to alter the HUD he sent to the bank so he could pocket more money illegally, he would put on non existent fees and so forth and mislabel items. His closers fee was 1800.00 when a typical fee is around 300.00

On our first closing date he showed up an hour late after our agent called him, and then showed up with a invalid HUD. oh yes and he calls himself the Maestro. I think this guy was on coke seriously. He didn't make much sense he was twitchy and obviously needs alot of money if he trying to scam the bank.

After hours of going through the HUD and our closer telling him he was committing fraud they said we could not close. A week later we finally closed. Our agent said she would never show one of his properties again. We were supposed to be in August 24th we ened up closing the day before Thanksgiving.

Anyways we have been painting the whole house. I finally get to set up the nursury. I'll post pics when I',m done!!
