Technical Difficulties - Someone PLEASE HELP

I was directed here by Bump Kathleen to ask this question. For the past year, I've been unable to actually make changes to my signature. At first, I was told that it was the "special characters" in my old SN (I changed it to not include them). Now that there is no "special characters" in my SN, I was told that it should work fine and every time I go to make changes to my siggy, it gives me an error page.

Anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to change it? The only reason that I currently have a siggy now is cause when I changed my name, Bump Kathleen added the HTML in for me.

I'm so over this. All I want is to add a picture, ugh.

    :( That is frustrating, I'm sure! Why not make a new account? I know you have quite a few posts...but if it is bothering you that much it might be worth it! :)
