DD started STTN pretty early on. She did great in the RNP but she out grew it pretty fast. So we switched her to her crib probably almost a month ago. She was still giving me long stretches but not STTN. Now she is getting up 3 or 4 times now to eat. We swaddle, noise machine and have a night light. The bed time routine has not changed neither has the nap routine. This has been going on for over a week now. What's going on? Will it stop? Same issue with napping. I'm lucky if I get 15 min. Out of her.
Re: It's going to stop right???
I am in your boat too. My LO started occasionally STTN but then suddenly stopped and regressed to waking up 2 to 3 times a night. Our routine is bath at 6:30, bed by 7:30, and he wakes up to eat around 2 then 5 every night, then awake for the day by 6:30 or 7. Turns out he stopped STTN because he was teething! And I believe that is why he has regressed to waking through the night also.
I am hoping that when these first 2 teeth come through he will go back to sleeping better before the next teeth make their appearance.
Good luck and hope you get more rest soon.

i think there is some sort of baby conspiracy that they stop napping at 4 months. Lincoln won't nap, either so I feel your pain.
Sleep begets sleep. I'd use the swing to get more sleep during the day until things get better, but that's just me. When DS really desperately needs a good, hard nap, I put him in the swing. Sometimes, he'll go in twice in one day if he's too short on sleep. It's always yielded better sleep at night unless he's in a growth spurt.
Is your LO's crib in your room? I wonder if she's waking up, seeing you and wanting to play. If so, moving her to her own room should stop that. However, you could also be "enjoying" the dreaded four month wakeful.
I don't know how many people will agree with me on this but my baby started sttn at about 7 weeks and from 8 to 10 1/2 weeks he did so almost every night. So when he started waking up at 11 weeks I would just give him his pacifier. He almost always falls back asleep in a couple of mins, and stayed that way for 2 or more hours. I figured he went 2 and a 1/2 weeks not eating at night he wasn't really hungry. The problem I have created is that when he wakes he wants his pacifier. . . so I get back to bed quick but still have to wake up.
There was one night dh fed him in the middle of the night because he woke 3 times in under an hour. I thought he must be hungry but dh said he ended up spitting most of it up so now I think it was other tummy problems keeping him awake.
