For the first time since LO was born I put her in her bassinet and she actually put herself to sleep. This is a kid that has has such bad gas she hasn't allowed us to put her down to sleep during the day or at night. I know that this is a first and it may not happen again for a while but I could just cry tears of joy right now. I actually did the dishes this morning and am having breakfast and on the Bump without any one else holding her. Okay that is all, continue wit your fun filled day.

congrats!! I know how exciting that can be and I'm totally jealous. My lo has bad gas issues as well...I'm at my wits end and I dont know whether it's time to switch formula or do something else. Is there anything you're doing that's actually helping with the gas?

Ariana2011 ~ We are using Target up & up gas drops and switced her to the target up & up formula that is comparable to the Enfamil Gentelease (sp) with our pedi's blessing. But she is still gassy, we are just going to have to wait till she grows out of it.

CA2006 & Papps ~ I fed her and got her to sleep dancing with her on my shoulder/chest like I was burbing her. I put her in the bassinet and she woke up, but she didn't get upset like normal, just played by herself for 45 minutes then fell asleep for 45 minutes.

Unfortunately she wouldn't go for it again today, but there is a light at the end of the sleep depreivation tunnel, if she did it once she is gonna do ait again right?
