Come to think of it, it could also be pronounced Kal-lee but chances are that it is kay-lee

Yes, it could be pronounced either way. That's why I refuse to use names like that. 

I know a couple whose initials are K and C. They named their daughter Kacee.

I immediately see Ka-see...but it's pronounced Kay-see. :S
