What do you think? I haven't even run it by DH yet, but I was looking for some initial reactions.

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    It's feminine, pretty, and traditional without being common ... love it.

    Really, really beautiful name!! It's not overused, yet it's familar enough that it won't make people go, "huh??". I think it matures well too... It's lovely on an adult woman, and adorable on a little girl. I work in childcare and we have a Lydia at the moment... she's amazing. I think it's a perfect name.

    I loved this name when I was younger (I got it from Winona Ryder's character in Beetlejuice).  I wouldn't use it now just because it's NMS anymore, but it's still a nice name.  I know an 11-year-old with this name and it totally suits her.

    LOVE Lydia!  It's one of my favorite girl names right now.  I'm trying to get DH on board (if we have a girl).  He just told me that it was growing on him.  :)

    This is where I heard it from as well, I've liked it ever since.  Husband wasn't keen on it though *sigh.

    LOVE IT!

    It's my top girl name choice right now. 

    Single Mother by Choice. Life didn't work out the way I planned so I did it on my own. IUI #s 1-3, unmedicated = BFN, IUI #s 4-6, 50mg Clomid, Ovidrel = BFN IVF #1: 23R, 20M, 17F. 5 day transfer 2 blasts. 2 Snowbabies BFP 6dp5dt, Beta #1 7dp5dt = 58, Beta #2 9dp5dt = 114, Beta #3 10dp5dt = 187 1st Ultrasound = 5/3, not much to see yet. 2nd Ultrasound = 5/17, TWINS!!! Hospital Bed Rest at 32 weeks due to pre-ecclampsia and severe edema. Audrey Grace, 5lbs9oz, & Lydia Louise, 6lbs, born via emergency c-section on 12/6/12 at 36w1d My IVF Journey
