Target has giftcards that come with a free 48 piece lego snowman / polar bear / Target dog.  I only put $5 on the giftcards as stocking stuffers for the boys and the legos alone are worth that!

I found them on an endcap near the cards.  A friend in another state went to two different stores, though, and they were sold out.
