Policy on selling something?

Just curious what the policy is for selling something on here.

I'm not really trying to sell something. I'm willing to give it away, but would like to have shipping paid for. Just curious how to go about it without upsetting the bump.

    I know on the cloth diaper board and Swap Spot people post stuff for sale or free-for-shipping all the time. I think what's frowned upon is promoting a business venture with ongoing product sales. 
    2 years TTC with 5 losses, 1 year recovering, 6 months applying for adoption approval, and almost a year waiting for a placement. Then, a miracle BFP at age 36!
